Scope of services:
The scope of our
services varies according to our client's needs. We design
custom homes for the Atlanta, Georgia market, however we are not
limited.
Depending on your needs, we can design your
ideal/dream home with new collaboration technologies, regardless
of your location.

There is a portfolio of plans available
for purchase. Please click on "view
homes" to access the pages showing the floor plans. These
are designs that have been market tested, and proved to provide the
features required today for each category which they belong. The
typical plan set includes:
- 4 Elevations i.e. Front, back, and 2 side elevations.
- Foundation / Lower level Plan
- First floor Plan
- Second Floor Plan (as per design)
- Roof Plan
- Typical Wall Section
- Electrical (On newer plans)
- Framing Schematic (On newer plans)
Architectural Definitions has been
providing custom design services in the Atlanta area since 1986. Our
designs have been entered in various competitions, of which our entries have
all been award winners. One of our clients, John
Kuroski, an award winning builder, since 1988, has collaborated with
us in these entries.
